Provides access to information from journals included in the Current Index of Journals in Education and Resources in Education Index. ERIC provides full text of more than 2,200 digests along with references for additional information and citations and abstracts from over 1000 educational and education-related journals.

Educator resources. The database provides a highly specialized collection of electronic information especially for professional educators.
This database contains author names with and without full first names. To find all authors with the last name 'Smith' and the first name 'Richard', you may want to search on 'Smith, Richard' OR 'Smith, R' in the Author field.

Global Citizenship
The Library of Congress subject heading is Citizenship Education, but the term educators use is Global Citizenship. Meaning worldwide there are values that we teach our children, for example: the importance of peace, civil rights, ending child abuse, barriers to developing nations.
