New Projects in Archives & Special Collections
Work has begun to organize our Rare Book Collection. It's now in call number order, and over the summer we're making sure that everything is listed in the USMAI Catalog.
These books do not circulate but you are welcome to use them in Special Collections.
New on our LibGuide!
May 2013: Our HBCU Photographic Preservation Grant has been extended with additional funding through September 2013!
We will be continuing work on this project during summer 2013. Now that the collection has almost completely been rehoused, we will inventory the collection to aid us in identifying the unlabeled photos. We need help from faculty, staff, alumni and students! Let us know if you are interested in helping with this important work.
This is one of four early panoramic images that we had restored as part of the HBCU Photographic Preservation Project.
